well. today i did treadmill for first time, and i thought i was gonna bomb! i have been practising cardio on the ski machines and not running. the other day i went running and it didnt seem like i ran so far, so today i decided to run on treadmill... had to get the pretty lady next to me to show me how to use it
. anyways i ran like 2 miles in 20min easy i could have ran that in like 14min if i knew it was gonna be so easy.anyways i was all paranoid in not being able to run 5km like they want us to run.. but it you really think about it thts pretty easy stuff. anyways the point is. the 5km run isnt as scary as i thought it was gonna be tomarrow im gonna run full out for the 2.5km run and record my time im gunning for 8min
