Although OC Transpo has less than a stellar reputation, you may look into getting a Bus Pass as the Transitway goes right past Tunney's.
From rumours I have heard from people who work there, even with a Parking Pass, it does not guarantee a space. First come - first serve.

I'll echo George's comment - Tunney's is right on the transitway. All the 9x buses stop there, so a regular (non-express) pass would meet your needs. Another option would be to drive to a park'n'ride and take transit - the cost would be similar.
