Peak Stove Fuels?

Can anyone confirm or deny if our issued coleman peak stoves will run on fuels other then naptha? If so, what fuels would be suitable? Just curious.

They can, but they require a conversion kit to run on Kerosene or JP fuels. I am not sure what t ehbue across the top is called, but that is the part which needs changing.

if you dont change the part they may run  and but produce dangerous amounts of unburnt vapors  that are toxic . i have a whisperlite and it burns practically everything once i added the multi fuel  conversion to it . if running JP 5-8 you may have to lube it more often then before.
