:cdn:Does anyone know what the military's policy is regarding an injury while conducting personal fitness while overseas?
any help would be greatly appreciated.  :cdn:

if someone were to get an inury while conducting personal fitness while outside the wire at any of the fob locations.  what are the implications if any to the member does he lose benefits, overseas pay, etc. as the injury is not a result of battle or enemy actions.  again any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The military policy is to treat it like any other injury. If you're interested in the pension implications, then I have no answer for you, except to say that I think that the injury would be construed to have occurred in an SDA, and therefore fall under those rules.

The short answer: get it looked at, get it treated, get it documented. Fill out a CF98.

Edit for completeness.

sory im new to this i thought posting the question under two different forums would increase the odds someone would know something about the posted question...

And I deleted this one, left the other, and then you reposted it here again. Go read the Site Guidelines before you post anything else. Pay particular attention to the part on proper use of grammar, capitalization and spelling.
