TWZ has some amazing photos taken at the exact instant that a seagull (Lesser Blacked-Backed gull if anyone is interested) impacts with the canopy of of Typhoon fighter jet that was preforming last month at an airshow Spain. Fortunately, the pilot was able to land safely.

There’s an old video floating around of a Goose hitting the canopy of an F-14…

Yikes! That's a whole lot of instant birdy bits. Glad they managed to land safely (the plane, not the gull).

And that is why we keep FW and RW away from UAS.

A Canada goose (aka Cobra Chicken) is a big damn bird. I don't know what bird hit this plane but it fucked it up good.

I live close to a creek and there's about 30 Canada geese there with goslings - stay clear and they are fine.

Lesser Black Backed Gull apparently, which are quite a bit smaller that a Canada Goose (there are several subspecies but all are bigger). A Canada nailed an OPP m/c rider; put him in a coma and cost him a leg.
