Hello,

If I am qualified to apply for all trades. Therefore, if certain NCM trade is currently available, and the same trade in ROTP will be available next year. Can I joined NCM for a year, and change to ROTP the next year? Pls only leave your knowledge without criticize. Thank you.

If you enrol in the military as an NCM, you'll "join" for a period of 3 to 5 years (depending on the occupation).  Then (if under LOTP) you can go for an Occupational Transfer (OT)  if you have MORE than 3 years but less than 6 years.
You can't change plans every year (sorry)

So I can only allow to change plans in my seventh year? Is there a big difference in the salary range for NCM and Officer? As far I saw in regular NCM:
basic start $30k - 80k,
spec1 start $58k - 80k
spec 2 start $60 - 80k

what is basic, spec1 and spec 2? how long can you jump from basic to spec1 and then 2?

You dont jump between standard, spec 1 and spec 2.

Your MOC is either standard, spec 1 or spec 2......

A few MOCs go from one to the other during a career but only at a specific rank or qualification.

matwxx, I think you've been here on the forum long enough to start doing your own research.  You obviously have no idea how the CF works with regards to entry plans, trade choices, transfers or pay levels.
