Anyone know which trades are below their Preferred Manning Level (PML)? This is not related to employment but for a project.

The percentages are available on the DWAN, and are probably not specifically available on the internet for a reason. Your project will not get the correct information from DND unless you feel like filing a ATI request.

DPGR website has the PSR which has the information you might need.  However, if it is not for an internal to DND/CAF audience, you'll require permission to use the data.

In addition, the PSR does not show the BTL; trades showing "red" for manning may not be "red" for recruiting, depending on the number of pers in the training pipeline, training capacity issues, known upcoming changes to PML, average ages at certain ranks... the AMOR process integrates a lot of information to identify requirements.
