They won’t. Police can’t strike, and the decision to use force is always up to the individual officer based on their own risk assessment. “Get away from the flames” is also a completely reasonable choice.

If I recall correctly, Vince had a little snack while he was at it.

Police then saw Li eating parts of the body.

Witnesses stated that this went on for a few hours.
