Pre Req for Reserve BMQ & BMO Courses

Hi all,

Does anyone have the latest pre reqs for these two courses, for reservists, at their finger tips?

For BMQ

a. Trainees: Must complete and PASS the CF Express test.

b. Instructors: All personnel must be qualified PLQ (Land or CF) or equivalent, currently fit IAW the CF EXPRES Test and recommended by their CO as being of exemplary character, prior to being assigned to DP1 instructional duties
