Hi, Im currently in the process of applying in the Primary Reserve Army and I have my last stage coming up which is the interview. Is their anything I should know in advance as well as some basic questions I could prepare for ??

Flip through the Army Reserve Soldier Information Handbook 2025 (google it). From what I have been told, the interview is a discussion to see how well you seem to understand what you are signing up for. The handbook is up to date and will give you an overview of lots of topics that may be of interest and a good way to prepare for your interview. Good luck with it.

It's a job interview. You should know a bit about the CAF, a bit about the trade you are wanting to do, and the regular stuff like why do you think you would be a good candidate and where do you see yourself in 5 years. There is an NDA attached to the interview, so we really can't tell you much more, but there is nothing tricky about the interview.
