Problem with Application

I dropped off my application package at my local CFRC just under a month ago now and they still have not contacted me to do the CFAT. I think this may be because I had served in the reserves for a year when I was in high school and when I contacted them to get my records of service the private (no training for over three years now I must add) I spoke to had no clue who I was nor could she find any records about me. I personally think that is BS. I handed in my application package without my service records, just stating my rank apon leaving, my MOC, service number etc. I have repeatadly tried to contact them with no luck due to a hectic schedual and the fact that whenever I call the CFRC I get a message machine. Does anybody have any advice on what I should do or is it hopeless?

Take a long lunch and go in to talk to them. Face to face contact is always a good way to show how interested you are and that you really want to get back in.
