:salute:

I have a quick question;
I asked my interviewer about the salary and she said that you make 600$ flat every 2 weeks after paying for boarding and meals for F-Time.
Now my question is; What else can you spend money on during your 3 year stay on base ?
I am asking because I want to put $ aside so that after service I can buy some land in Northern Canada and would like to know what sort of things people on the base do with their $.

Thanks !

Whatever there is on base for others to spend money, doesn't YOURS
depends on yours priority ? If your's is to save money, why bother with
money sink hole ?

F-Time?  Do you mean full time?

As for what you can spend you money on, more like what can't you spend your money on.  Eating out when you're sick of food on base, movies, a car, taxi fare to get you to the bar and back, on a gf/bf, clothes, books.....the list is endless.  However, if you are serious in having a goal for your money, then spend and save wisely.  Just don't go completely without.  Enjoy some treats, or you'll go nuts.  Good luck!
