Queens U Grad student wants room in fall 09

My wife will be going to Queens U grad school in Kingston two days a week in fall 09 and is looking for a place to stay. Hotels are running $140.00 a night !
Anyone got any cheaper options ?

If you call up Peachtree Inn and tell them you're Forces, you can get a room for 70 a night. It's not a bad hotel, but kinda far from the Queens campus by foot.

Queen's Inn is about 80 bucks a night before taxes.  They are right beside CFRC Kingston.
