Question About the Northern Pioneers

Hi, quick question to anyone who might have an idea about this.

The motto of the Northern Pioneers (Francis Pegahmagabow's old regiment) is Ah Neuegahne Min. Try as I could, I could not find a single note as to what this phrase means; I even saw an entry in an old Canada Gazette article about the unit's crest and there was nothing provided. I assume the phrase is Ojibwe in origin (or one of the other First Nations from that part of Ontario) but trying to figure it out just raises a tonne of questions. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure about the origin of the motto but apparently it means "We go in Front". The Algonquin Regiment who maintain the honors for the 23rd Northern Pioneer's also have a different motto.
