First I would like to apologize for my english, it is not my first language! But I'll try to do my best!

So, i applied 2 or 3 weeks ago as a Healt care administration System.

I've read a lot concerning the job and have watched all the video possible. But i still have a small question after reading some of the topics here. When u're commissionned, are u promoted to 2st Lieutenant or Lieutenant? As i read on this forum, you become 2nt lieutenant and have to wait a year before being promoted Lieutenant. But i've also read that it can change depending of the job u had applied. Exemple : Lawyer are already promoted Captain.

On this video describing the job or healt care administration system it said ''after the badic training u receive ur commission and a promotion to Lieutenant''.

Video Link : http://www.forces.ca/en/job/healthcareadministrationofficer-43 (Start at 3 : 35 )

So my question is : If i get through the recruitment process and than get to the basic officer training, after I would be commission and than i'll get which grade? 2nt lieutenant or lieutenant. I've read so many different things that it's unclear in my mind!

Thx! And again, sorry for my english. I've tried my best!

Hey don't worry about you grammar, but just try to watch it when you can. :)

I can't answer your question because I am no where near qualified.

But I do suggest you add more details about you education. What is your degree in? And where did you get it?

Good luck  :salute:

Some DEO Officer's receive their commission and are promoted to Lt as soon as they complete BOMQ; Nursing Officer comes to mind.

As a DEO, you'd have the education required/related to the classification and this is why some DEO Officers are promoted to Lt straight away (IIRC), such as Nursing Officer.  It appears HCA is under a similar system.

However, things do change from time to time so best to contact a CFRC and get the scope on 'the way it is right now'.  :)

Education : Bachelor in Business Administration (Speciality : Marketing) (2012) and i also have a Certificate in Human ressources(2013). All those from a Quebec University.

You will be given the details of Rank/Promotion to next rank, when/if you are given an offer.
