Questions about the C79

Hello,

I'm making myself a C79 cheat sheet for my battle book - or trying to.  I'm missing a few basic pieces of information and haven't been able to find them anyplace, hoping someone here can help me out:

1. How wide, in mils, are the horizontal lines?  (Stadia lines??)

2. How high, in mils, is the space between the two lines to the right of the post?

3. When you're zeroing the sight: I've found one source which says one click = 2.5cm at 100m, and another which says one click = one minute of arc which is 2.9cm at 100m if I'm doing my math right.  What's the truth?

 
From my "coaching notes",

1 click = 25mm for 100m zeroing

but for 25m zeroing,

1 click = 6mm

As NFLD Sapper said, 1 click is 25mm (approx 1") at 100m.  It is also 1 Minute of Angle.

That's what I was thinking - ie 1MOA = approx 1" @ 100m.
However, it is more than a little out of my lane, so no more from me
:)

They're really close.  A minute of arc is 3.6mm more than an inch deflection at 100m, so if you assume it is an inch you'll be off by just over half an inch at 400m.  That's not big enough to show in any grouping I've ever done.  :)

Edit: Sloppy language on my part, somewhat improved now.
