I'm Jim Vale and I served have entered a race to the North pole next year in April with an organisation called Polar Challenge and I am currently training to get fit etc. I spent last weekend in Wales on the Black Mountains on a navigation and fitness weekend organised by Polar Challenge and felt that I did quite well. I am trekking to the Pole with a guy of similar vintage that I met on the Wales weekend but we need a team of three. So to cut a long story short, do you know of any of the old and the bold who is 65 (a pensioner !) who is still fit enough to do this and who might have the funds.
