Minor? According to the article for which I posted a web link, the 1968-70 FLQ
bombing campaign composed 137 attacks. Perhaps the magnitude of each attack was
minor.

And I think you should re-read what I wrote. Only SOME of my posts are
meant to be silly. Perception is reality. To ME in 1970, way out West,
the incidents didn‘t seem to add up to 137 and didn‘t seem as major as
those being incurred in other world hot spots. But as I said, I wasn‘t
living next door to a bomb. If I had been living in Westmount or NDG I
most likely would have been very worried.

Now that is interesting, I did not know that it was that serious. I always was
under the impression that PET overreacted to a couple of incidents that should
have been able to be addressed by the Police. 137 and undoubtedly growing
seems to contradict that and would warrant a review of his actions by this old
soldier.
