The interview is easy. You can‘t screw up. Just answer all the ? truthfully.
They ask things like will you fall orders from a women. or What do you think
of gays in the milirary. Stuff like that.

I don‘t know about an interview for an officer, and if it is different, but
I just completed my interview to join a reserve force artillery unit.
Basically they ask you about your high school did you participate in
sports, did you do any extracurricular activities they are trying to figure
out if you are a team player and not a social outcast. They also want to
know your job history, have you ever been fired from a job, did you ever
have any conflicts with your supervisors, etc.
They will also ask you if you have any problems working with people of
different genders, races, or sexual preferences. Of which you should answer
no. They will also want to know if you have had any drug history.
Basically, it is like a job interview, but with them wanting to know less
about your experience and job history, and more about the type of person
that you are, what your personality is. What they are looking for is
someone who is a team player, with a good steady personality, things like
that® If you don‘t have anything to cover up, be honest. And if you do
have something to cover up, be honest as well, because they can probably
find out whatever you might want to hide.
