Okay, now it says to bring in with the form a copy of my high school or university transcript. Does this mean that I only have to bring in one?

Second problem, I am in first year university and I have not finished any of my classes yet. Thus I have nothing one my university transcrip, would a proof of entry or a letter from my collage do?

Third problem, it says on the form to say what your majors are. At UofT they do no let you select your major until second year. being in first year I have no major, should I put what I hope to be placed in?

for the 1st one, i found out from a recruiter that was at a job fair recently that u need both...hs and univ...
*univ just to show that u are in classes.

majors, i wouldn‘t really worry about
especially if your going into reserves, alot of that paperwork is extras

Yes Man, what I did is, I gave my high school transcrip to the recuiter and he photocopyed for me. What I wrote for my university section is, I wrote the turth. Besides, the recuiter didn‘t ask me to give out the provement for the university. For the major, just write the one you applied to university. Like Science, Art, Bussiness... and write how many year have you complete in the university. That‘s all. During the interview, they may ask you more information.

cool, thanks guy...I guess i have to go back to my high school (i thought i left that place for good)
