Hello,
To put it simply, I submitted an application to the Army and followed the process until I received my job offer. I was selected to serve in the infantry. One or two days after receiving my job offer by email, I called to close my file because I thought I had a better opportunity. Ultimately, that wasn't the case, and I'd like to reopen my file.
It must have been about a week since I closed my file. I've searched on internet, but I can't find clear answers to my question. Can I reopen my file? If so, do I have to start the application process from the beginning?
