Dear Fin Clerk:
Try this one on for size. I am currently being paid $97.14 a day. Pretty good pay for a university student. The only problem - have a look at the pay rates -$97.14 is not one of the rates! My correct pay rate is $100.48.
It is near impossible to get an answer to this problem. Our unit pay clerks are asking the questions, however, they are not getting the answers.
When will the problems end?
