Does anyone have the link for Civilian companies that do not have a HR policy for Reserve Training and absences so that they can establish one ?
Also has anyone in the Reserves had a really hard time with leaving for training etc. and getting the time off of work ?

There is no such link. If you want a list of those companies that DO have a policy, contact the Canadian Forces Liaison Council.

There must be an area where an employer can get info on this ?
does the Liason counsel have a website ?
