Reserves to Reg force

I have a colleague who is in the reserves and is looking to join the reg force. They are in the armored division. The question I have is, how do they get the application to start the process to move from reserves to Reg force. They have gone to the recruitment office and asked their commanding officer, and it seems they are going in circles with no traction on the goal of joining the Reg Force. Any direction on this matter would be appreciated. Thank you

I found it, you need to go on a DWAN authorized computer and from there you can look up the correct form to initiate the transfer request.
