I've applied for ROTP, but cannot get the link provided by my CFRC to work. It worked once, and I downloaded the required forms. Those forms are now ready to submit, but the link has been giving me a "database error" for the past 36 hours. This error is the same for multiple browsers, PC terminals, and sites (I've really made sure it wasn't on my end). I've contacted my CFRC via email, and tried to get someone on the phone, but no replies. I know ROTP is a big rush season for CFRC.
My question is, does the Jan 31 deadline apply to the forms I'm trying to submit? I'm doing all I can think of to get these forms out, it would be a real disappointment to miss the deadline because of these technical problems.
