Hi all,
I have told the first round of offers could come as early as december. Any idea of the dates?

Unsure, from what I could gather, most of it is gonna be Late December, Early January for the first round of offers.

I finished with all the testing stuff and now I'm on the Competition List. Pretty much checking the application website every few days to see for an update so far.

I assume the applications website's progress bar ? Although I know I've heard of some people's bars just not getting updated at all. Mine works however

Do you guys know how long I will be at "final processing" until I am moved onto the competition list? Also, are any of you guys also applying to become a REME or AERE officer (that's what I applied to).

Yeah. My interview went fairly badly. Mine lasted around 1 hour and 50 mins ( I thought it would be a 30 minute normal interview lol)
What makes you think that it went badly though? Surely it can't have been that bad.

As for the final processing thing, it could be (completely spitballing though I'm not sure) where they finish doing various reliability and security checks.

It was hard because I don't have much experience to anything millitary/leadership related. It would be nice if you're a cadet because you'd be able to answer every qeistoon they ask very easily

Your leadership experience doesn't have to be military related. Have you ever been the captain of a sports team? Instructor of a children's camp? Even having to train people in a workplace?

Honestly, having real work experience would probably go further for you than cadets.

Do you have discord? I could tell you the experiences I told my interviewer and how he responded
