Private bedroom with private bathroom in a modern four bedroom home in Britannia Beach area. Only a five minute drive, 15 minute bike ride or 45 minute walk to NDHQ Carling.
Also potentially included, one room on the second floor that could be used as a home office as well as the basement which was being used as a wellness, Studio/gym
Month two month rental (No lease!!). Starting at $2500. Each additional room is $300.
Full access to main floor and backyard.
We have a small dog as well as a cat. Pets potentially allowed.
I’m travelling between BC and Ottawa so you may have the run of the house at times.
