I am wondering if anyone can help me with the email my boyfriend just received after completing his final interview.

Just to let you know the Prior learning assessment request (PLAR) that
was submitted for you has been rejected by the section that does the
assessment.

They have requested that the PLAR be re-submitted once you have
completed your level 2.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as we have called numerous times and not heard back since.
What is our next step...

Thank you,

Guess my answer got deleted in the move....

Is your bf on a course?  Sounds to me like they want the PLAR submitted when he's done level 2.

Sorry Moe,......I deleted your answer with the other post.

What occupation is he applying for and what civilian qualification is the "level  2" in relation to?

Get the level 2 done (whatever that may be) and resubmit the PLAR.

The training system will not grant qualifications without the proper proof the equivalent training or experience has been attained. On a side note, we see people trying to PLAR qualifications pretty regularly without providing enough substantiation. The quickest way to get the PLAR approved is to submit as much information as you think will aid your cause, because the person verifying the information isn't about to go hunt the info down for you.
