SELECTION PROCESS ESTIMATE

Hello!

i was investigating the canadian forces and their slection process waiting time and i found a varity from being shipped off to BMQ in two months and some in a year. I am asking this because im only seventeen years old, i dont have a criminal record, i was born in canada, dont have close family abroad and dont have any debt that i have to pay back. So would my application process go faster then others or is it completely random?

also im about to graduate in a few months and i was thinking of finding a part time job over the summer when my acception to the military goes through. so if this goes fast  i dont need to find any work and prepare.
