Interesting article on 10 Apr 12. Glut of cargo ships for scrap.
The downturn in shipping is hitting the industry so hard that some of the world's biggest vessels are now worth little more than their scrap value, new figures show.
The world economy is affecting exports and shipping.

This is good news.  One of the bitches, stumbling blocks on previous attempts to get new ships of late has been the price of steel.  If steel is now a steal, maybe we might see three AOR for example.

...and AOPS, CSC and ...?
I am not a businessman and I am not sure if this is a quick buy-in for shipbuilders.
That said, I join the chorus and hope you are correct.
3 JSS
8 AOPS ( and a few generic OPVs?)
15+? CSC
...and...?
