should we be at war?

Who here thinks that the canadian government should pay more attension on the armed forces.  He barly funds it, its decreased alot since ww2, and we barly help our allies in combat operations in the war on terroism.  i think our armed forces should be at least 100 000 men and woman. also our role for the army should be peacekeeping, help bring down any country leader who could disrupt the peace and the secerity of north america and any other country who could loose territory.  you guys probably think i want us to always to be fighting. thats not what im saying. im saying we should participate in more combat. :soldier: :fifty: :tank: :sniper: :cam: :akimbo:

We've never been a huge impact on the field, but I'd say we've put forth quite the effort into deploying our military in the last 15 years.

Bringing down any threat to North America would not be "peacekeeping", but that's quite a plan - how do you justify it?

I no weve never been hit in the field but we should of helped the USA when they were fighting the iraq forces and sadam hussain.  i justify be peecekeeping to me is bringing leaders down so that the peace can be restored. if you dont bring him down it could possibly lead to a big war. :fifty:  this is written to infanteer.

Navy 25 000
AF    25 000

Total 75 000

Also, " I no weve never been hit in the field" I think you meant we've never been a hit in the field. I hope that's what you meant (Ignorant of reality as it is) because if your first statement is the one you meant, you're about to anger me and many others who have lost very close friends in the field. Not to mention people on here who have been in the middle of that shit. Would you like to clarify?
