I've been asked to look into building a graphical org chart of our unit- basically map symbols as a heading for each sub and sub-sub unit, with the list of names in the section/det beneath each symbol, and branching into subordinate callsigns. Is anyone aware of a program on the DWAN that would allow me to do this? I'm almost certain there's something, but I just don't know what it's called.

Cheers

Power Point using the Organization Chart function works for me.

OrgPlus 9.0 is currently approved for use.  You will need to go through your Network Admin to obtain a "user licence" and have this installed locally on your DWAN computer.

My program of choice for Org Charts is plain old MS Word.

Wow. All callsigns, facepalm now, OUT!

Thanks man, much appreciated. I can't believe I didn't know PP could do this.

DAA, Rheostatic- I'll see if PP will suffice, and then pursue OrgPlus if need be. Cheers!

PowerPoint was great when it included OrgChart as a plug-in.  The last few versions have been underwhelming.
Depending on the size of organization that you want to plot, you may need the newer version of OrgPlus.  6.0 lacked the capacity to handle all the positions of a major unit.  Professional versions at 8.0 and up will export from a slightly modified output products manning list or position list and build the chart for you.
