In this scenario what Spain has going for itself is that geographic is completely on their side in terms of finding/catching and hopefully, removing these illegals.

The geography, the weather, the civil population and the infrastructure all favour the Spanish. These illegals have ZERO way of making it to the Spanish mainland. They will have no access to water/food/shelter/toilets - nothing. Spain secures the civil infrastructure/population and waits until these individuals are in need of water/food and they cut a deal with them. We'll give you food/water and may 250 Euros in cash and you make the decision to self deport back to Morocco.
