You can find them at just about any camping/outdoor store worth their salf, including MEC. If you have no joy with that you can get them online through MEC as well.

Yes, I agree.  I've also found them at sports stores such as Sport Check and something as simple as Foot Locker.  Also, I don't know of your location by your avatar, but if you've got a Running Room in the area, try them.  If they don't have them, odds are they know where to find them.

You can get them for free through the medical system (physio dept)... I went to the HCC here in Ottawa, saw the doc and they gave me two pairs of Sorbothane, which didn't work for me. Went back and switched them for two pairs of Superfeet, which are awesome!! Sure beats paying $28 a pair plus tax at MEC. They also resoled my Mk III's with Vibram... I'm a happy infanteer now  ;D
