Supp. List Change of Address Requirement

This relates to recruiting in that it may affect the ease of some peoples' re-joining the CF. Hopefully this has not been posted before:

A few years back I transferred to the Supplementary Reserves from the Primary Reserve. I understand that I am required to inform someone if my address has changed to stay current on the Supp List, but was never provided any information as to whom I need to inform (and how to contact them) for such a change. I have received only one letter over the years from the CF, which did not provide such information.

We recently had a house fire that will force us to move. I'd like to maintain my current status on the Supp List as I still intend to re-join the Primary reserves at some point and would like the process to run as smoothly as possible. Military leave through work will be available for me so I am eager to keep my options open.

Does anyone know the best way to make sure the powers that be have my change of address? Is it through my former unit or NDHQ, etc.?

should reach them eventually.
