Surefire Sonic Ear Defenders

Has anybody tried these yet?  Pretty neat technology.  The thing I like about them is that they advertise you can carry out complete conversations and hear even the tiniest sounds, yet anything over a certain decibel is blocked out.  Here is a link, check out more on the factory website for all the technology incorporated. 

If someone has tried them, do they really work as advertised?  How do they feel, are they ergonomic?
