Don’t they have speed regulators on them that prevent them for going over 105km?
Most three lane sections of the 401 trucks are not allowed in the left lane. there are some places where they are allowed. Speed limiters at 105 kph are law in Ontario but enforcement has been lax and many trucks have them higher now.
However it is most definitely the trucks fault. He needs to be aware of his surroundings at all times.
