Thinking Of Going Reg Force

So, I am a 19 year old private recruit on BMQ, almost finished, going on SQ in the summer, as well as stalwart guardian afterwards. I really enjoy being in the reserves, and am having a great time challenging myself so far. But to be honest with you, I am not finding it to be that much of a challenge. And that being, I have been thinking of going reg force for a few weeks now. I am obliviously going to want to wait at least until after the summer so i can do a full time bit for SQ and get more of a feel for myself of what being in the army full time is all about. But I was just wondering if anyone would be so good as to give me a few pointers perhaps, maybe some perks and some downsides to being in the reg force? Thanks.

Don‘t worry pumpkin, BMQ won‘t be the hardest thing you do in the Reserves. We may not be the SuperRecceDeathNinjaKillers you seem to aspire to be, but we have our moments.

Of course, you could always just VW and save whatever Regiment that lucked out and recruited you the funds it would cost to send you on SQ and QL3. Maybe let them recruit a troop that won‘t jump ship without paying back a bit of thier investment. All you gotta do is draw up the memo. Let your Section Commander know that you want an example of a memo format and why, and I‘m certain he would be more than happy to help.

Alright, so i guess i didnt word that to well. I didnt mean to say that i want to abandon my regiment, or offend any reservists, or become some super killer or whatever. I was just curious, but maybe i came to the wrong place to ask this question. Either way i did not mean it that way, im sorry any one took offence to it which they seemed to.

First of all BMQ is not half as hard as SQ and your BAQ so b4 u get all gung ho i sugest that you go through the sleep deprevation and days of being in the dirt and marching endless km 's with a ruck sack on b4 you say the reserves isnt a challenge.
