My husndnad just shared this w me as our son is still waiting for update after his last interview on 2024-11-18 & been working on Plan B. He is on anxiety meds was anticipating that he would not be accepted until he is off meds.

Not terribly shocked. The military has hired people with neuro divergent conditions for a long time. Limitations only became a thing when conditions started getting diagnosed.
 
It will remain a case-by-case situation as not everyone has the same limitations, and it will likely hinge on how well a person can function when they're without medication for an extended period of time (weeks to months).

I imagine that the probationary period during BMQ will be the judge of that
