Wow. As if the submarine aircraft carrier discussed in this other army.ca thread wasn't bad enough.
While the US Navy did have "flying aircraft carriers" in the form of the 1930s airships USS Macon and USS Akron which could carry biplanes, from this blogger concept it seems like someone has been watching "Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow" way too many times.
Btw the characters in the picture are simplified characters(jian ti zi/简体字), meaning that it originated in mainland China. The PRC/ mainland China is the only nation to use simplified characters, since other nations like Taiwan and Singapore use Traditional characters (fan ti zi/繁體字).
