Tinker AFB Oklahoma - Thoughts

There is a good chance I may find myself in Oklahoma next summer for a 4 year posting.  I was wondering if anyone has been posted to Oklahoma or any other US destination, and what their thoughts were on it.

I lived in Oklahoma for a period after I left the Forces, it is a nice part of the States. The climate is dry except when it rains and it rains a lot, some areas have small to major flooding. The local food can be hot and spicy if you like that  sort of thing.
