Now I have heard different things from people, but they haven't all come to the same answer. My question is: if you finish BMQ, SQ , QL3, etc as a Reservist, do you have to do it all over again when you go full-time? I took weekend courses for BMQ and SQ as well...

When you do your application to the reg force, if all goes well you will be offered a contract which will clearly state what courses you will keep and what your pay level will be. In most cases the BMQ is waived but the other qualifications will depend on what trade you become, who administered the courses etc.
