Well, he is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation so he probably has a bit of a different view about "illegal immigration" than the average guy.
He's a Republican so you automatically get all the garbage associated with modern-day Republicans but we all knew that Trump wouldn't appoint Bernie Sanders to the post.

That worries me a lot less than his views on women and abortion and several other things. But look at the pool of candidates Trump selects from. It's heavily skewed in favour of the "deplorables."
Of course it does. It deserves a better president, a better cabinet, a better legislature a better supreme court but it has chosen what it has. Maybe it doesn't deserve better. It got what it asked for. Strangely we're not seeing as much buyer's remorse as we should be by now. That's a worry.

Markwayne appears to be 1/128 Cherokee by blood. Although, he is a citizen of Cherokee Nation as that tribe has no blood quantum requirements.
His lineage comes through a maternal great-grandfather, Bert Morris.
