Did Turkey need anyone's approval when it shot down a Russian fighter that crossed into its airspace? Why does Poland have to follow different rules than Turkey did?

The Russian plane, according to Wikipedia (yes I know a crappy source), says that the Russian plane went into Turkish airspace for a distance of 2.19km for a total duration of 17seconds. It was a total distance of 1,000 meters inside Turkey when it was shot down.
 
Turkey may have used an AD system that it bought from Russia.

I suspect that Poland is more than ready to test the Russians on that and the Russians know it.
 
WRT the Tylenol thing - CBC had a clip in 2020 stating pregnant women should not use Tylenol.

On the cusp of flu season, I'm getting a really bad vibe. Parents with sick kids and just people in general aren't going to really care what POTUS says if they can't find or afford something to manage a fever or any other of the various ailments that run rampant in the winter.
