Carney is off to DC on Friday.

Any expectations of positive news on the trade front coming out of this? Negative news on the trade front out of this?

I think Sheinbaum is going to be there as well for the FIFA event. I really don't expect anything to come out of this. I believe that the trade file is going to be 'closed' now and moved over to the CUSMA negotiations going forward. With the USSC ruling shortly, more than likely against Trump, there really is no reason for us to spend more effort on this. Let the USSC make their ruling, deal with Trump's reactionary fallout from it and focus on CUSMA.
