Sounds about right. But that will be up to the lower courts which I expect will rule in favour of the importers. But Trump as usual will appeal and appeal so that he can kick the can down the road. More likely he will bully the plaintiffs with threats to their business to the point that they will drop their claims. So long as he can assure the top 1% they won’t pay taxes.

Don't forget the HR aspect of America's growth. Most of the original settlers were indentured servants. Then they upgraded to actual slaves. Which they replaced with waves of exploitable immigrants, most of whom were assimilated. Whose descendants built their wealth off of the backs of illegal (and very cheap) migrants who they could treat as defacto slaves. The only thing left to exploit is robots.....
