Yup, with Quebec having the ‘Futures’ trading in Canada, they will move in tandem with Ontario and New York.
 
BC has already fixed to permanent Daylight savings, which I think aligns with Washington and California, But puts us 1 hour ahead of Alaska.
 
I'm sure the folks in Edmonton will enjoy December when the sun rises just before 1000 and sets just after 1700.
