With 33' LOA, 8' beam and a 2' draft, I calculate something like 16 tons of displacement.  Not sure how much a SOC-R really weighs, but notwithstanding the apparent mass of the armament, it is probably only a small portion of the craft's weight.

Wow she has waterjet propulsion like the old Vietnam area river craft had.
Here is some specs

SOC-R Features:
The SOC-R is an armored vessel with ballistic protection (up to .7.62mmx39mm ball) for the engines, helmsman and gunners. Its hull is made of aluminum Hull with FRP accessories. The SOC-R is designed to be air transportable, with one SOC-R, its tractor towing unit, associated SBT personnel and SEAL passengers and all their mission gear fitting in a single C-130 aircraft. SOC-Rs can also be transported as under slung loads by medium-to-heavy-lift helicopters.

SOC-R Equipment
GPS navigation
IFF (identification Friend or Foe) gear

M2 .50 machine guns
M240 7.62mm belt-fed machine guns

I'd love to put one of the SOC-R's Yanmar's into a nice Four-Winns 26 footer with a Bravo3 drive!  ;D
