Unfortunate Question...

Im in the ROTP process and i have some bad news, after finishing my interview where I was told I would be recommended as an infantry officer, I have made the decision to terminate my application. How do I go about this? (like call or something)

BUT i want to be sure that I dont close any doors in case I want to do the DEO plan or reserves sometime during or after university??

Phone the recruiting centre and explain the situation to them.  That's it.

Make sure that you do it sooner rather than later before they waste anymore time and effort on your file.
