... talking about "survey says 2/3 say they want meatless MRE's as an option" (based on "An online survey conducted by (an) animal protection nonprofit found that 142 of 226—admittedly a small, self-selected group—majority male respondents from all branches of the military would choose a vegan MRE over a meat-based one." That said, interesting back and forth on the balance between what some troops want and some tradition when it comes to rations.
